The nature formed at this place the perfect beaches that strong currents keep clean and refreshing. Although the village of Drage is very close to some bigger towns, like Zadar and Sibenik, they can compare with distance places on the islands, having peace and quite, and yet all the advantages of the modern way of living.
Along the little village marina, filled with a picturesque fishing boats and some tourists yachts, there is a walking path where you can stroll in the peaceful evenings. Lovely for those who do not miss the noise and the crowd of disco-clubs.
Swimming area is protected, so one cannot get in danger of being injured from sky-boards or fast motor boats. Current and afternoon breeze keep the beach clean and make it perfect for sailing boards.
Near Drage, there are 3 national parks (“Kornati”, “Krka” and “Paklenica”) and nature park “Telašćica” and “Vransko Lake”. You can visit these parks by daily organised excursions. There are numerous interesting places and sightseeings in nearby Šibenik, Biograd and Zadar.
